Most of the big titles streamed on Crunchyroll (Summer 2026 lineup), with two major exceptions:
- The Ghost in the Shell (Science SARU): a new adaptation of Masamune Shirow's manga, streaming on Prime Video since July 7 (ANN).
- Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, The Calamity: the final part of the Thousand-Year Blood War anime, simulcast on Hulu and Disney+ from July 25. Its finale moved into late October (see above).

Which sequels are announced but not dated?
The most-searched sequels without a date are Jujutsu Kaisen: The Culling Game Part 2, Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 2, Chainsaw Man: Assassins Arc, Kaiju No. 8 Final Chapter, the Solo Leveling film and Witch Hat Atelier Season 2. None moves onto the tables above until a production committee, broadcaster or streamer publishes a date.
For example, Jujutsu Kaisen: The Culling Game Part 2 is in production, and its June teaser gave no window (ANN). Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 2 has no official date either; the official site still lists only the first chapter, Akaza Sairai (official site). Until then, they're tracked in our new-season announcements tracker, which is also where to check Chainsaw Man, Kaiju No. 8, Solo Leveling and Witch Hat Atelier (Season 2 tracker).
How do you read Japanese air dates?
Japanese late-night TV lists shows by the day the broadcast block starts, so "Saturday 24:55" means 12:55 a.m. on Sunday. That is why Ranma 1/2 was dated October 3 in Japan but first streamed in the early hours of October 4 JST. Streaming uploads can be hours later still.
Where a service hasn't published a time, the tables above give only the date. If you're choosing a subscription for this season, our where to watch anime guide explains the regional differences.
