If you've watched episode 1156, Tuesday, October 27 is the next date to save on the weekly schedule. One Piece Heroines was scheduled for English, Spanish and Portuguese dubs on October 13, but it's a separate special rather than episode 1156. Elbaph changes the usual batch release into one dubbed episode each week.

The official Crunchyroll announcement supplies the October 20 start, episode 1156, Tuesday cadence and 9:00 a.m. Pacific release time. Its schedule covers the United States as well as Canada, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India and Southeast Asia.

What time does the dub release where you live?

US viewers: the announced time is 9 a.m. Pacific / noon Eastern. Toei Animation's October 20 launch post gave 9:30 a.m. PT instead, so allow an extra half hour before treating an episode as late. If you watch from India or the Philippines, your local release clock moves one hour later in November. Keep the day in mind too: a Tuesday release in the US lands on Wednesday in Manila.

How we calculated this: we converted Crunchyroll's 9 a.m. Pacific schedule using the IANA zones America/Los_Angeles, America/New_York, UTC, Asia/Kolkata and Asia/Manila, checked October 23. Los Angeles and New York change their clocks on November 1; India and Manila do not. These are time conversions, not additional streaming-rights announcements. Only the October 20 episode date is individually announced; the later dates assume the weekly schedule continues.

The separate Heroines special was scheduled for October 13 at the same October times: 9 a.m. Pacific, noon Eastern, 9:30 p.m. in India, or midnight at the start of October 14 in Manila.

Upcoming One Piece English dub dates

Only the first row has an individually announced date and episode number. The later rows apply Crunchyroll's stated weekly Tuesday cadence. Save them as planning dates and recheck the service if a holiday, production issue or catalog change interrupts the pattern.

When saving a reminder, choose the named Pacific time zone rather than a fixed UTC offset. That keeps the reminder aligned with the announced clock after November's change. A calculated row is a planning aid, not proof that an episode has been uploaded.

What One Piece episode is dubbed through?

As of October 23, the English dub runs through episode 1156, the Elbaph opener that premiered on October 20. Before that, the dub stopped at episode 1155. Crunchyroll scheduled episodes 1144 through 1155, the final Egghead batch, for March 24, 2026. Episode 1157 is the next numbered English release, calculated for October 27.

The boundary is more reliable than labels such as “latest season.” One Piece service menus split the long television run into arcs and catalog groups that may not match another platform's season numbers. Use the episode number and arc name together:

How far behind is the One Piece dub?

The gap at the October 23 checkpoint is 24 numbered episodes: 1180 minus 1156. The official Japanese episode page lists episode 1180 for September 27. Crunchyroll's English dub reached 1156 on October 20. Specials are excluded from this subtraction.

There is an important change to the Japanese schedule: after the September 27 broadcast, the official One Piece staff account said the television anime would next air in 2027, with the detailed schedule to follow. The Japanese broadcast is still on break at this check, and no detailed 2027 schedule has been posted. That notice didn't stop Crunchyroll's separately announced dub launch, which went ahead on October 20.

The dub can narrow the gap during the break if the weekly English releases continue, but neither announcement supplies a same-day dub commitment or a catch-up date. We're leaving that date open instead of turning a possible outcome into a promise. The 24-episode figure is today's numbered-episode difference, and it shrinks by one each week the dub releases while Japan stays on break.

Why did the dub change from batches to weekly episodes?

Before Elbaph, English-dub viewers received several episodes together. The final Egghead announcement is a useful comparison: it groups episodes 1144–1155 into one March 24 release. Elbaph instead began with episode 1156 on October 20, followed by one new dubbed episode each Tuesday.

For a viewer who likes to binge, this changes the choice: start with the premiere and watch weekly, or let a few released episodes build up. The announcement explains what is changing, but does not establish why the companies chose this approach. Old batch tables are useful history, not a forecast for Elbaph.

A weekly release also means a missing episode should be checked rather than silently treated as another batch delay. Look at Crunchyroll's live release calendar, the Elbaph season selector and the announcement page. If those disagree, trust the live catalog for availability and the newest dated official notice for a schedule change.

Where to watch the One Piece English dub in the United States

Crunchyroll is the confirmed US route for this Elbaph schedule. Its announcement names the United States and supplies the language, episode, date and weekly time. Availability still depends on the viewer's account, current territory and exact catalog row.

Use this check before assuming an episode is missing:

1. Open the licensed One Piece series page.
2. Find Egghead through episode 1155, then Elbaph from episode 1156, which premiered on October 20. Don't expect a later English episode before its scheduled Tuesday.
3. Open the episode rather than relying on a season thumbnail.
4. Check that English appears as an audio option.
5. If a new episode is absent, first check the local date and time in our table. Then check Crunchyroll's release calendar or latest announcement for a change. Seeing Japanese audio alone does not mean the English version has arrived.

Netflix and other services may carry different portions of One Piece, movies, specials or the live-action adaptation. Their presence in search results does not prove that they follow this Elbaph English-dub calendar.

Episode 1156 remains the numbered television-series transition into Elbaph.
