Koume performs the opening, “Kono Shinzō ni Hanataba o,” and Kagura Nana performs the ending, “Hakuchūmu.” These credits concern the Japanese production. They provide no evidence for the English cast or total runtime.

The licensed books and the missing adaptation endpoint

The source work is nigozyu's light-novel series with illustrations by Umibouzu. Yen Press currently lists twelve English volumes and links its manga edition from the same licensed catalog.

There is no defensible “start after Season 2 at Volume X” answer on September 17. The sequel has not aired, and neither the production committee nor Yen Press has published its finishing point. Promotional trailers can reveal characters without proving where the final episode stops.

Readers who want every scene can start the novels at Volume 1. Readers who want only material after the anime should wait until the finale and compare the completed adaptation against the licensed edition.
