Those conversions describe the named Japanese records. Crunchyroll's current Fall lineup gives the same calendar date but keeps its airtime TBA. A shared date does not prove a shared minute.

Japan's schedule has three different release paths

The Japanese schedule is easier to use when separated into immediate, late-night and later-platform records.

Japan's 25:00, 25:29 and 27:05 clocks keep an after-midnight program attached to the previous evening's schedule. For a calendar reminder, subtract twenty-four from the hour and move to the next date.

Chukyo TV's regular line is 26:25, or 2:25 a.m. the next day, but the official page gives the first broadcast a special 27:05 slot. That exception matters for opening night and should not be copied onto every later week.

What kind of anime is Reborn as a Space Mercenary?

Satou Takahiro wakes inside a science-fiction game world in the cockpit of a heavily equipped spacecraft. He takes the name Captain Hiro and uses his familiarity with the setting to work as a mercenary.

The central goal is unusually practical for isekai: Hiro wants enough money to buy a detached house with a garden. Space-pirate contracts, trade, exploration and the people who join his ship complicate that plan. The official premise also makes his inability to find his favorite carbonated drink part of the new-world adjustment.

This is closer to a game-system space adventure than a medieval reincarnation story. Expect spaceship combat, mercenary jobs, an expanding crew, harem material and comedy alongside the science-fiction setting. The official material does not justify calling it hard science fiction or a child-focused adventure.

Staff, ship and Japanese cast

The official production site credits Norihiko Nagahama as director at studio A-CAT. Takamitsu Kono handles series composition, Masami Sueoka designs the characters, the A-CAT design team handles mechanical design, and Kenta Higashioji composes the music. HAYATE produces the project.

The named small ship Krishna is 48.9 meters long according to the official character and machine file. That specification describes the fictional craft; it is not a statement about the anime's episode order or production scale.

These are Japanese credits. Crunchyroll has not announced the English cast.

Light novel and manga routes in English

Seven Seas licenses both source routes. Its light-novel catalog lists sixteen English volumes through the current early-digital release, with Volume 17 scheduled for January 2027. Ryuto writes the novels and Tetsuhiro Nabeshima illustrates them.

The separate manga catalog lists ten released English volumes, with Volume 11 scheduled for November 2026. Shunichi Matsui draws that adaptation.

Neither catalog identifies the anime's endpoint. Trailer scenes and the presence of Mei cannot prove where the final episode stops. Readers who want every source detail can begin with Volume 1; anime-only viewers seeking only unadapted material should wait for a verified endpoint.
